Hi, I'm Holly! I'm a marketing specialist by day, author, and firm believer that life becomes infinitely more interesting when you say yes a little more often. What started as studying abroad in Myanmar quickly turned into a love affair with the unknown. Since then, I've traveled to more than 35 countries, summited volcanoes in Guatemala, climbed the Great Pyramid of Giza, and collected countless stories that could have never been planned. This blog isn't about luxury travel or checking countries off a list. It's about curiosity. It's about the people you meet in hostel kitchens, the conversations that change your perspective, the flights you almost didn't book, and the moments that remind you how much of the world is still waiting to surprise you. When I'm not squeezing every ounce out of my PTO, you'll find me writing, learning Spanish, searching for the best local coffee shop, or planning my next adventure before I've even unpacked from the last one. I published my first memoir, Little Bird: Vignettes From Travel, Becoming, & Finding "The More," and I'm currently writing my second book, Just for the Experience, which explores the stories that unfold when curiosity consistently wins over comfort.
