Born in Ohio in 1970, I am the mother of two daughters, Maizy and Josie and the partner of Chad. My passions are traveling throughout our USA, most recently in my minivan named FOMO, hiking, plant-based cooking, organic gardening and running. In 2020, days before the Covid-19 shut-down, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. In late 2021 after a 29 year career in the nursing home industry, I took a break from work to travel and slow down. This is how FOMO got her name! The decision to temporarily quit working was long contemplated and scary but once it was done it felt right.
